Unit was not locked when it was delivered. Unit is operating as specifically stated in the auction after an update. User needs to follow the procedure to unlock the device after the update.

The description with the product is not the same, it is written 2019 but here it is 2018, and there is a big scratch on the right edge, delivered late, I do not recommend this seller
